With the creation and continued sucsess of the Pure Empire: The realm online devision, units Veela(Admrial of Purifications) and Dench(Admrial of War) set out in search of a new medium. They came across the City of Heros, and decided that it was a fitting place to open up to the posibilty of M.E.C.H. After all, what good is a City full of Heros, if there aren't people to show them true perfection?
